Trenchless Pipelining Federal Way
Federal Way's wooded residential neighborhoods and older housing stock make trenchless pipelining one of the most practical and cost-effective repair options available here. We rehabilitate your existing pipe from the inside using a durable epoxy liner that seals cracks, reinforces weakened joints, and permanently blocks root entry points. No excavation, no damage to your yard or the mature trees on your property.
Sewer Line Repair Federal Way
Sewer line problems in Federal Way range from root-choked laterals in Dash Point to corroded cast iron lines in older Parkway homes. We use camera inspection to pinpoint the exact problem before any repair work begins, then fix or reline the damaged section efficiently and with minimal disruption to your property. Accurate diagnosis first means we never recommend more work than your pipe actually needs.

Drain Cleaning Federal Way
Slow or blocked drains in Federal Way homes are rarely just a simple surface clog. In older properties throughout Steel Lake and Twin Lakes, root intrusion, grease accumulation, and years of mineral scale buildup combine to restrict flow in pipes that have never been properly cleaned. Our drain cleaning service clears the problem fully and identifies the root cause so the same issue does not come back a few months down the road.
Hydro Jetting Federal Way
For Federal Way properties where standard drain cleaning is not cutting through the buildup, hydro jetting delivers a deeper and more thorough result. We use high-pressure water to scour the full interior of your pipe clean, removing compacted grease, sludge, and debris from aging lines throughout the city. It is particularly effective in older Federal Way homes and commercial properties near the City Center where pipe buildup has accumulated over decades.
Sewer Camera Inspection Federal Way
We never recommend a repair in Federal Way without running a camera inspection first. Our equipment gives us a clear, real-time view of exactly what is happening inside your pipes, whether that is root intrusion under a Dash Point property, a bellied section in a Steel Lake home, or a deteriorating lateral beneath a Parkway driveway. You watch the footage with us and we explain everything we see before any repair is discussed.
Pipe Bursting Federal Way
When a sewer pipe is too damaged for lining or spot repair, Gary’s Pipelining provides trenchless pipe bursting as a complete replacement solution. This method breaks apart the existing pipe while installing a new, high-strength line in its place. We have completed pipe bursting projects throughout Federal Way and always work carefully to minimize disruption to your landscaping, driveway, and property during the entire process.

What Our Clients Say About Us
EXCELLENT Based on 10 reviews Posted on Alicia VermaeleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an outstanding experience with this pipeline and drain services team, and I highly recommend them. From the moment they arrived, Jason , Desmond, Ishmael, and Enrique were incredibly professional, fast, and communicative. They walked us through every step so we always knew what was happening. Their pricing was competitive, and the quality of their work was great. What impressed us most was how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward. You truly couldn’t even tell they had been here, which is rare for this kind of work. The whole crew carried themselves with professionalism and care, and they turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, efficient experience. We’re grateful for their expertise and would absolutely call them again.Posted on Kylie BarrettTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Couldn't recommend Gary's enough! We just moved into our first house two months ago and had our main sewer line clog - it ended up being an emergency situation. They were able to get out to us the next day, and finish the project within 6 hours. The supervisor, Jason, was so kind, knowledgable, and walked us through the entire process. His crew, Desmond and Ishmael, were so diligent and kept us updated throughout the entire project. I am so thankful for this company getting our house back up and running so quickly! Just great people!Posted on Cape BretonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Came to repair a slow draining sink. Couldn’t solve the issue but still charged $395. Then gave an estimate of $2500. New pipes must be coated with gold.Posted on Ronald ImbertTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an awesome experience with Gary’s Pipelining and can’t recommend them enough! We needed sewer line replacement, and from start to finish, the whole team was fantastic. Jason came out first to scope the work and go over pricing—straightforward, and very competitive. Once the job started, the digging crew (Hugo, Desmond, Enrique, Neftali, Luis, and Ismael) went above and beyond. Not only did they handle the digging with great care to my property, but they also put in the repairs and found creative solutions for unexpected issues that came up. Their problem-solving and workmanship made a huge difference. The lining crew (Noah and Tito) did an amazing job as well—so precise that the liner didn’t have a single wrinkle, not even where the pipe turned! And John, the inside plumber, made sure everything inside was handled perfectly. From top to bottom, everyone was courteous, efficient, and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their work, which says a lot. What really stood out was how they took the time to explain what they were doing—not just to me, but also to my son. They answered all his questions (all 357 questions you can expect from a 6 yr old!), showed him parts of the process, and by the end, he was actually excited about plumbing! If you need sewer line repair or replacement done right, Gary’s Pipelining is a fantastic choice. Great people, great work, and no surprises.Posted on BrodyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very happy with the job these guys got done around our house. It was a big a one. Jason was transparent, real, and fair about the work that needed to be done. They did over 120 feet of french drains around my house and to make things complicated, they did it at the foot of a retaining wall. The guys on sight who mostly managed the project, Hugo, Marcos, Luis, Enrique, Geovani, Erick and Oscar, acted fast and found solutions. Really appreciate them. Then after completion, Jason reminded me that the job is under warranty which is simply great peace of mind. Overall, super happy with the job quality from Garys and would 100% recommend these guys.Posted on Bob BlumenthalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A representative came out on Tuesday, assessed our drainage situation and made recommendations on how to fix it and gave us an estimate. They sent a crew of 4 guys, arriving a little before 8 am. The dug a whole to reroute the water from our gutter so that it would flow down the steps to the sidewalk. In the process, they needed to dig a whole under pavers and then replace them. They finished the entire job in less that 5 hours, and everything was very much to our satisfaction. In addition, all workers were very courteous and respectful of our property. And man in charge came out to inspect the work and make sure everything was hunky dory. We highly recommend this company.
